Return policy

We offer exchanges and store credit within 14 days of delivery. No cash refunds.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Exchanges

• Defective/Incorrect Item: We will arrange a free exchange.

• Size Change/Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• No exchange on Sale items (unless defective).

Store Credit
If your desired item/size is unavailable, a Store Credit/E-Voucher will be issued for future use.
For hygiene reasons, accessories and innerwear are final sale.
